BWC Series Terminal Hydrogen Purification Equipment
This equipment uses hydrogen produced by water electrolysis, bottled hydrogen, and pressure swing adsorption as feed gas. Through gas-water separation, catalytic deoxygenation, adsorption drying, and filtration dust removal, high-purity hydrogen is obtained. It is a catalytic deoxygenation type hydrogen purification equipment. The equipment adopts a dual-cycle process, with two adsorption-drying towers connected in parallel. One tower performs adsorption while the other tower regenerates (the molecular sieve in the drying tower uses product hydrogen during regeneration) to ensure continuous operation. The four-way valve can be operated manually or automatically according to user requirements, and remote monitoring is also available upon request.

The BWC series of terminal oxygen purification equipment is a series of products professionally developed and customized by Nanjing Bangwin for customers with extremely high oxygen requirements. It is mainly used in applications where the purity and dew point of oxygen from high and low pressure storage tank outlets are exhausted after long-distance transportation. After passing through Nanjing Bangwin's BWC terminal hydrogen purification equipment, the purity of hydrogen can reach 99.9999%, and the atmospheric pressure dew point is as low as -75°C.
Structure Characteristics
1. No hydrogen loss during the gas drying process.
2. Condensate is automatically drained from the system, requiring no separate control.
3. Chlorine outlet purity can reach up to 99.9999%, and hydrogen dew point at atmospheric pressure is as low as -75°C.
4. Online monitoring is possible, allowing for unattended operation.
